BSOD... read .dmp files plz

can someone read my .dmp files to relay the information to me..... i just reformatted my computer and thought it could have been some faulty software/drivers, but even after that i got 8 BSOD in the first 24 hours of starting fresh....which leads me to the assumption that its faulty RAM after doing the windows diag memory test ... http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp.... i got 1 error at an address where it did not retain its assigned value

so i just want to make 100% sure that my RAM is the source of my BSODs before i go buy a new one

Thank you.

o yea and the first 2 or 3 dmp files (BSODs) occurred before i installed any drivers....the first 4 dmp are there and other 4 are in zip.

It`s Kasperky AV (klif.sys) causing the problem.

Upgrade your version or try another AV.

Two of the 4 dumps,I looked at were Kaspersky.
That means Kaspersky in my book.

Try AVG.It`s free, doesn`t crash computers (as much).

System specs
All the dumps crash with BugCheck 1000007F, {d, 0, 0, 0}, and this is a sign of a hardware problem. If a memory tester finds an error then you've most likely found the problem, as one error is one too many. You can try and confirm it by running Memtest. Do you only have one stick of RAM?
