This movie was rubbish; I wasted the two and a half hours I could have devoted to Prototype!

I loved the first one, but this one was like Blade Trinity all over again...

Still, ya gotta admit, Megan Fox is hotter than Jessica Beil! Especially when Jessica "bulks up" for one of her summer action stinkers. Sort of like a drag queen on steroids .

LOL cap, yeah, it was all about her twin assets swinging all over the place in slow-mo.

I think you'd probably have a YouTube video soon on those scenes, set to something like N.E.R.D.'s Lapdance. Now that would be something!

It overdid the robot vs. robot part. Don't get me wrong, I loved the fights in the first one, but in this one, they were so wild that you couldn't make out who was fighting whom. Plus the humor was just crap; Mudflap and Skids were ridiculously stereotypical, to the point of being offensive. Ditto for the Devastator's "balls of steel" dangling around for everyone to see. In addition, the storyline was practically paper-thin; but I digress, Bay has never been known for telling good stories. His movies are filled with nothing but explosions. Indeed, you could actually summarize his style of direction in a single word: BOOM!

Megan Fox looked hot in the first one, but this time around I started to somehow visualize her as a somewhat-inflated Jennifer Connelly clone with a tan. Only difference being that Connelly can act. That was also a turn-off for me.

Overall, it was just too geared towards the mindless consumers to make it appealing to me.

the first 1/3 was amazing the second was long and drawn out and the end was o.k. the story was so simplistic after all it was a teen flick, and you don't need a story with special F/X like that , it was exactly what I expected.

Transformers 2.....In a Word......"Confusing"......

or perhaps "blurry" might also well apply.....!

I saw "Revenge of the Fallen" yesterday in IMAX. That seemed like a good idea at the time but, I don't believe the movie was shot in IMAX, merely printed to IMAX. As a result of this, I don't believe it was anywhere near as sharp as that medium would allow otherwise.

The best part of the movie was the down home humor. I found myself laughing hysterically many, many times during the show.

I suppose that this is going to be a sacrelige but I thought the CGI sucked, especially the fight scenes. Mr Bay and/or the FX crew seems to think that an exorbitant amount of motion blur solves all rendering and reality issues. Truth be told it's very confusing trying to determine who's winning, who just got killed, or even who hit who with what. And if you think Shia LeBoeuf is annoying in CinemaScope, wait till you've been confronted with a thirty foot high head shot of him. Wow, now that's revulsion in the flesh.

One thing, I don't think there was actually enough footage of Megan Fox running in slo-mo. That might have taken my mind off the multitude of other annoyances that this movie flagrantly displays.

I actually think the DVD will be better, since the issues of sharpness may resolve themselves via scale of reproduction.
