10 BSODs in about 2 hrs:( Plz help!!

hi frnds,
First and foremost, my comp specs:
CPU- AMD Athlon 3600+ X2 64-bit
MB- Asus M2N-MX
RAM- 2x512MB DDR2 533
OS- WinXP SP2

I am having this BSOD problem for many days now and i have tried everything i could do to get rid of them -- installing latest mother board drivers, LAN card drivers, run memtest(no errors!) and even reformatting my PC!! ...all in vain :(

I notice that I encounter these mostly when i am connected to the net.
There are two bug checks in all these dumps -- 0x100000d1 and 0x40000080
The dumps are attached

Please help!!

regards
bhos

Bugcheck 0x40000080 is the NDIS Driver Bugcheck. All the crashes are caused by slnt.sys, which is a Silan 10/100M Network Driver. There should be an update available as I found one HERE. You should also update Windows.

BugCheck 40000080, {8484e618, 847fa698, 8477f35c, 2}
Probably caused by : slnt.sys ( slnt+216f )
