Random Reboots XP Pro... Please help

My PC keeps rebooting itself with no event log. System info is below. I've attached a zip with all my minidumps. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks Raybay, the processor is the P4 extreme edition 3.4ghz; I do have two monitors; the two hard drives are working, although I found an error on one of them during chkdsk /f which could have been causing the trouble; memory is correct, I ran memtest86 overnight and found no errors.
