Hello ? I read every instruction and I want to someone to look at My HJT Log.
My problem is: I can't print any files. I tried troubleshoot but it couldn't helped me. And I think my computer infected with bad things.

Anyway, Here's my attachment:
AVG Spyware didn't get anythings because I always used it.
AVG Antirootkit didn't get any bad things.

I see. However, when I tried to print my documents, the Printer quick start pop up and said there is an error in print and cannot print out. Also, I have tried connect and disconnect USB and turn on and off again many times. Finally, printer is working but it stopped after 2 lines of printing.


My Printer information:

HP DeskJet 932C

Anyone have any idea ? I have to use it as soon as possible.
