BSOD prob - Windows XP

Hi

I'm really hoping someone can help me out here with a BSOD problem.

Just built a new PC and have been getting BSODs or freezes when running flight sim x. Have changed graphic and sound cards but neither has helped. So far I've done the following:

- ran memtest through 8 passes and no errors
- ran Orthos for an hour with no errors
- ran checkdisk; no major errors and no bad sectors
- defragged the HD

My PC spec is:

Mobo: Abit IN9 32X Max
CPU: Intel E6850 (not overclocked)
Graphics: 8800GTX
HD: Samsung 500Gb SATA
Sound: Creative Audigy
Network: Linksys Wireless-G (PCI)
PSU: Corsair HX620W
O/S: Windows XP Home Edition

I realise FSX is a sod of a game but I've run it at the same settings on a PC with lower specs and have not had the crashes.

The minidump from one of the crashes is below:

The minidump Win32K.sys doesn't tell us much... Try lowering your memory timings or clear the bios and see if the BSOD stops
