i get this stop error randomly, not only on boot or shutdown.
my comp is brand new and this is the only problem i have so far.
ive included my 3 latest minidumps, if anyone could tell me whats going on that would be awesome.

my guess would be either my logiteck keyboard/mouse, or the fact that i have 2 usb devices currently plugged in, one of witch is my wireless keyboard/mouse and the other being a logiteck mic.

Please read this thread HERE and see if it helps you to identify the culprit.

If it doesn`t, attach 5 or 6 of your latest minidumps to your next reply.

i think its my usb ports or my logitech mouse.

it said A3AB.SYS on the blue screen, not sure if that helps.

All your miniumps crash at A3AB.sys. This is the driver for your D-Link Wireless card.

Try updating the driver.
