I'm going to try and translate your problem into my language.... English...

You have two different problems. First problem is

IP ADDRESS CONFLICT
Are you still having this issue? When you replied again you have a new problem with a sharing conflict. This leads me to believe you've fixed the conflict?

One computer can't access a share, but the other can
I've come across alot of different answers for these kinds of issues. First if you go to START ---> RUN ---> \\192.168.X.X do you still get the same error? Enable the guest account on both computers and try it again?

Also try this
Go to "view network connections"
Click on your local network.
Click on properties (you should start at the "general" folder. Stay there or go there if not)
Click the "install" button. You get the choice of client, service or protocol.
Click protocol.
Add your protocols. NetBios and TCP/IP if they aren't there.

Edit:Added some additional information after researching a little more.

Problem is still there

Please be more specific.
Are you still having IP conflicts?
What Anti-Virus/Firewall do you use?
Do you have Simple File Sharing enabled on both computers?
Windows Explorer ---> Tools --> Folder Options ---> View ---> Near the bot

Can you ping either of the computers?
What operating system are both computers using? XP HOME, PRO?

Have you shared folders prior to this, or is this something new?

First, if you only have one NIC card, then using a cross-over cable to another
system will only allow file/print sharing and NO ACCESS TO THE INTERNET.
You need two NIC cards in one PC to make internet access available to both systems.

You should have used the Network Wizard to guide you in the setup.

\\cute is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the Administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions

The Network path was not found

That's the eroor

where i set ip 19.168.0.100

show the other pc icon but when i click ...following eroor is there
plz plz help me i am very thankfull to u

Well he has to be... Create account on both systems for full access with computer administrator rights...

I'm thinking "she".

He/She doesn't really want to be helped because he/she is not providing enough information or responding to anyones replies.
