BSOD- possible cpu failure?

hi guys and girls,

over the last month my pc has started to crash a lot, giving me a BSOD.Up until then it was very stable, i made the mistake of using nTunes for overclocking :/
After some troubleshooting i thought it was a RAM problem so bought 2 new sticks but they didnt help. So after some more troubleshooting i found out about
Windbg and minidumps but cant really make sense of them. From what i can tell i have a cpu problem but before i go out and buy a new cpu i'd like the opinion of someone who knows what all this stuff means. i'll attach the last 3 minidumps for u to look at, any help would be greatly appriacted.

You said it yourself "OVERCLOCK"...
you could have damaged more than the CPU. What happens when you restore stock speeds (no overclocking)?

The minidumps point to a general Windows instability.

Can you please update your User Profile and include your system's specs and location?

thx for the quick reply, i've updated my profile.

i think i've reset all speeds, have changed bios settings to default and reformatted/ installed xp twice. this made no difference. the crashing seems to be totally random except its seems to happen soon after start up and never under load. it can work fine for a few days then for no apparent reason crash 4 or 5 times in a row then be fine again for a days. i have been monitoring temps and they are normal.
so u don't think a new cpu would change anything?
