On my Toshiba Satellite A10 it's Function Key+F11

Yes, it's usually either a FN + Key, or a Shift + Key to turn Num Lock on and off.
Have a look toward the top buttons on the Toshiba and see if you see NumLk or something similar.
I have an IBM Thinkpad, and it is bound to the Scroll Lock key.
