You could use the highly respected VLC Player.

Ogg Directshow filter http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...ow_Filters.htm for .ogg files

and Haali media splitter http://www.afterdawn.com/software/vi...iasplitter.cfm for .mkv and .mp4 files

You can use whatever video player software you want with these software. I recommend Media Player Classic.
