No reference to Kodak there.
Let`s try the following to see if we can see where it`s running from. Download the Autoruns programme from HERE. When the programme runs, click options and make sure the "Hide Microsoft Entries" is ticked. Click the file menu and select refresh. Click the save icon and save the Autoruns log to wherever you want. Attach the Autoruns log here. Regards Howard

Still nothing useful there.
If this doesn`t find it, then we`re going to have to look for it manually. Download combofix.exe. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts. A window will open with a warning. Type "Y" (and Enter) to start the fix. When the scan completes it will open a text window. Please attach that log back here together with a fresh HJT log. Caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs, please reboot to restore the desktop. Combofix will automatically save the log file to C:\combofix.txt Attach the combofix log. Regards Howard

Your combofix log has revealed a few things that need to be got rid of.
Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there). Mywebsearch viewpoint viewpoint manager viewpoint toolbar AWS Weatherbug Close control panel. Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the code box below into it: NOTE* make sure to only highlight and copy what is inside the quote box nothing out side of it. Also .. Pay particular attention to this :- Make sure the word File:: is on the first line of the text file you save (no blank line above it, & no space in front of it) Code: Quote:
Then drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below. ![]() This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a fresh HJT log. Regards Howard

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A7327C09-B521-4EDB-8509-7D2660C9EC98} - (no file) O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {F8AD5AA5-D966-4667-9DAF-2561D68B2012} - (no file) O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file) Click on the fix checked button. Close HJT and reboot your computer. Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE. Now, turn system restore back on. This will have deleted all your old restore points and any nasties that are in them. It will also have created a new, clean restore point. Go HERE, download and install the latest version of Java. Once it`s installed, go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall all previous versions of Java, except version 6 update 3. Close Control panel. If you have any further virus/spyware problems, please post in this thread. Regards Howard ![]() This thread is for the use of marygg only.
