Everytime I open RF online, my pc reboots then an error appears. Sometimes the blue screen appears but sometimes it just normally boots then creates an error window.

* You are having driver conflicts.

Minidump #1 - Points to eamon.sys which is a driver in the Eset NOD32 anti-virus software. I have this antivirus and I love it. I strongly suggest joining Wilders Security Forum and tell them of your BSOD and eamon. They will be highly interested in this issue. Eset is very professional and you'll get alot of help there.

By the way, for information sake, did you upgrade to their new 3.0 version or have you determined to stick with the 2.7 version for now?

Minidump #2 - Points to smwdm.sys which is a SoundMax Digital Audio Driver. Are you using onboard audio? If so, you'll want to get the updated driver from your motherboard manufature.

Minidump # 3 - Points to nv4_disp.dll which is a Nvidia video driver. You probably need to update this driver.

Minidump #4 - Points to portcls.sys which is a Microsoft OS driver for sound. Read the following: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=810272

* For peace of mind I also suggest you run a MemTest on your RAM for 7 passes.

1. Google MemTest and follow the instructions. This takes a long time and I suggest starting it at night before going to bed and sleep through the night and check the results the next morning.

2. Re-read what I said in my first point #1 and join www.wilderssecurityforums.com and post your BSOD issue and how a minidump pointed to eamon.sys. They are very helpful.

3. I asked if you have onboard audio. If so, go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and download the latest driver for your audio chipset. This website will have steps for you to determine what you need to do. Do you know the make and model of your motherboard?

1. How many passes did you allow for MemTest and were there any errors?

2. If you uninstalled NOD32, what are you using for an anti-virus? NOD32 may not have been the problem.

3. You may still need to upgrade your Sound Driver.

* Here is a cool little tool that is absolutely free and will give you all kinds of relevant information such as make and model of your motherboard. Google SIW and tthen download and install. It is completely safe.

* When you use it it will gather all kinds of information about your PC. Very handy.
