Computer not booting to windows,need help

here's my problem,my sister was on the computer ,it started to run slow
she restarted the computer,but the computer won't reach windows xp screen , a message comes up saying the system has a configuration error, contact supplier , cant even get to safe mode ,the same message comes up,cant evcen get to my start menu
any advice would be greatly appreciated
 
i have tried inserting the widnows cd and rebooting but still no go

havent contacted supplier yet,will try that tomorrow
 
i called supplier,they said the mother board needs to be stamped
