dude i can't run the old power supply and the new vid card there is no way. not enough power. won't that hurt something

what is the wattage on the old powersupply

output max is only 250 watt

I see your point

At this stage I would stop
Put the new power supply back in
Leave the new video card out

And then go about returning the video card
We have confirmed about 80% physical video card faulty
