See if you can update your modem drivers. HSX_CNXT.sys info. These are the B8 crashes. The D1 also has that file in the mix along with nnrnstdi.SYS, which looks to belong to something by NetRatings, Inc. Check the modem drivers first.

I tried Updating & the Driver said it was up to date, so I rolled the driver back just to see what happens, is that ok? I hope it dont make nothing worse...I dont need that.
Also the Nielsen Net Ratings, u say it may be a problem as well. So should I uninstall it now or wait to see if the D1 error comes up again? Any more info that could help, & Thank u by the way, I have been struggling with this for Months now trying to find out whats causing it. So Thanx.

See how rolling back the driver goes first. I just found the same crash on another forum, where rolling back the driver seems to have solved the problem.

If not I'll let u know, I guess I should give it some time & then I'll know, Thanx again. Big Big Life saver if all this works. ^^ Thanks a lot.

ok well...the D1 Error came up again, should I uninstall Nielsen Net Ratings since it may be causing something? But so far the B8 Error has not showed up, I'll keep u informed. But the D1...im unsure about, but if u think the Net Ratings are causing it I will remove it, or do w/e else may help. I have the one Minidump from this crash attached in case u need it.

Yeah, you'll need to uninstall it for problem isolation.

Return of the B8 Crash

*sighs* Seems this will take some more Trial & Error, I got the B8 error for the first time since I Rolled Back the Driver. So idk...I'll attach the Minidump file so maybe u can figure it out, if it says the same then idk what needs to be done, I really dont need to send this thing off to be Bench Repaired for weeks. I hate doing that, & I already did it once since we bought it, which was in March of last year. Its basically new! & still we have these BSOD. So im sorry if this is a bother for u, Im just not lookin forward to sending my computer off again.

uhhhh...Idk how that happened, but I'll roll it back again i guess. I think My Windows is Auto Updating it maybe. It is set on that, so when i roll it back it automatically updates it. I guess. & it updated again this morning to another version of it. So maybe i should wait & see if it crashes with the B8 again before I try rolling back.

& also I have found somethin odd, in my device manager there are two of the same Network Adapters named: 6TO4 Adapter, & they both have the Yield sign on them. (the yellow shield with the Excalmation mark) What is this & why are there 2 of them?

Also in my Programs & Features, the Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP is in there & it says it was Installed this morning (I think it updated since it was always in there). & is that supposed to be there? Isnt that the HSX_CNXT.sys or something similar to it. Im not sure what it is or why its in the Programs & Features.
