Previous Problem not fixed

Ok so my problem was that my toshiba laptop was not booting up. It kept trying and giving me choices on how to boot up but always brought me back to that. Someone told me to use the restore Cd that came with the computer, but unfortunately the Cd was lost and my laptop is still not fixed. What can I do now?

I'm not too sure how to disable automatic restarts (the reason the blue screen just flashes and the system reboots) outside of Windows. Maybe someone else will chime in with that information, but in the mean time either try using a boot disk or LiveCD (such as Knoppix) to retrieve your minidump files or connect the HDD to another PC as a slave. Post the minidump files here when you have them.
