AVG out, Avira in but still issue exists - Avirs log included

Both pages, the login page for both sites fail to load. All other pages on the site that I can access are fine and fast as are all other internet sites. I can load this page and type this easily as both problem pages spin on tabs on both browsers, IE & FF.

Funny for the caringbridge login I accidently loaded the wrong password and it told me in a flash, page ran great. As soon as I entered the correct password it just stalled.

I have a laptop on the same wireless network (secure) and both pages load perfectly.

I took AVG out although I should check if every part of it is gone, maybe run the AVG remover again?

I downloaded Avira and ran a virus check and included the log below.

Update: Both pages eventually loaded in IE and after I get past the login page the sites work great. FF still spinning away
  3. Broni Malware Annihilator

Re-run AVG Remover one more time.

Clear Firefox cache (Tools>Clear Recent history).
If that doesn't help, try this...

Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same issue?

AVG removed - can't login to Yahoo Mail

I can login into caringbridge in IE and FF in safe mode. But I had to make sure I unchecked 'remember passwords' as issue happens as I enter user name and password the it just spins.

Yahoo mail just spins in IE and FF safemode although sometimes if I login in on FF safe browser it will spin but if I refresh a couple of times or try get in thru a different link, say I login in, it spins and won't load, I'll do a Google search for Yahoo mail, click on the link and sometimes it will let me straight in.

IE I can't recall if it has allowed me into mail of all the tries I have just attempted.

    Weird and frustrating
  5. Broni Malware Annihilator

Did you clear FF cache yet?

Also, try to delete all caringbridge and Yahoo cookies.

    Other, than that....

In this forum, we make sure, your computer is free of malware and your computer is clean :)
Because the access to malware forum is very limited, your best option is to create new topic about your current issue, at Windows section.
    You'll get more attention.

Thanks - heading over to windows forum

    Thx for the help Broni,

I have cleared to FF cache, I have set it to delete all history/cookies after each close. Its now hit and miss is it will load either page, same for IE.

I installed CCleaner due to reading the windows forum and will try some more of their advice and if that fails I'll post a new thread.

Good to know that the PC is virus/Malware free
    Cheers

Just make sure, you don't touch CCleaner registry part.
That's why, I prefer TFC, which is straightforward.
