9800gtx+ isnt good enought to run GRAW?

So i bought graw and graw 2 and put them both at full everything, my resolution is 1440 X 900 NO WAY these games shouldnt be doing this
Computer Specs are
3gb of ram
Vista ultimate-32bit
9800gtx+
2.5 GHZ dual core amd brisbane
AUDIGY SB SOUnD CARD(could be problem)
Resolution is 1440X900 and everyhting is at full specs in the game
The problem is its lagging like crazy i fixed the 10fps part but its still getting only like 20fps and less and i dont knwo why is it because i need a agiea physx card

Install the latest drivers for your video card and the latest patches for each game.

All 9xxx and 2xx series nVIDIA cards have PhysX in them because they bought out Aegea.

i would patch the games and newest drivers for the video card. Did you plug the 6pin power adapter into the video card?
