Inactive [A] Damaged hard drive cluster detected

hi, have a problem with pc, when i turn it on i just get a black screen with lots of windows saying, windows - delayed write failed.
system check failed to repair 9 errors, all critical
disc drive c:\ is unreadable
hard drive rotational speed decreased by 20%
damaged hard drive clusters detected
hard drive rotational speed exceeds system limited
hard drive space less than technical limits
ram memory speed decreased significantly
gpu ram temp is critically high
hard drive does not correspond to system requests
boot sector of the hard drive is damaged

has anyone any suggestions

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
