Inactive [A] Hard drive clusters are partly damaged and "RAM memory is too low" virus

Hello all, I do not seem to be alone with this problem, judging by this message board. Any help would greatly be appreciated. It hit my computer last night after a clicked ok for a random update. My desktop icons are gone (except for the recycle bin), my wallpaper is completely black, and I keep getting a bunch error popups. Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks in advance!

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
