Inactive [A] I need help removing system check

A few days ago my pc became infected with system check. I had no idea what it was so I used a system restore and my computer appeared to be fine until the virus struck again. I have been away for a few days and am now looking to remove this software from my computer. I was not able to complete the 5 steps from the forum because an error message (this application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application) which prevents me from running my internet browser to download MBAW.
