Inactive [A] Script error with IE and other issues

I keep getting a script running error. This happens most of the time when I use facebook but also happens when running a payroll program. My computer has gotten really slow. I have run an antivirus, malware bytes, and antispyware and they all say everythign is fine. I'm not sure what to do but I know things still aren't right. Please help.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
