hi im having problems formating my hd. i have windows xp but a virus deleted some sys files, its so bad that i cant repair or setup windows!! are there any other ways to format my pc?? Please help!
Go to www.bootdisk.com, get the W98SE/OEM bootfloppy file, create the floppy, write-protect it, boot from it and when you get the A:\> prompt type in: format c: /s /u and hit enter.
Insert XP-CD and boot from that.
