Accidently Deleted Registry in Windows Me

I was chasing a Hijacker and got carried away.... Anyway, I can't get the DOS prompt, all I get is the 4 start-up options. Whenever I select one of those, it ends up in a gray screen and won't let me do anything. I tried holding down F8 and that doesn't work either. I copied a start disk for ME from the web, but I can't figure out how to boot from it. Help!

Make that start-floppy by running that downloaded program. Then go into your BIOS and change it so it boots first from floppy. Insert the floppy, boot and off you go.
See if you have a recent System Restore, to put that in (You DID take System Restore points, did you?)
