Inactive After the virus removal....

hi -

just successfully removed 27 virus's from a laptop I've now installed avast to protect them. But - the problem is having no end of problems with the system running, some things work, some things don't IE - can't click on *programmes* in start bar, plus sometimes it hangs up on reboot. I can't seem to get into Internet explorer have to run firefox.... heeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllppppppppppppp

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
