Am I malware-free yet?

I followed all of the steps at topic 58138 and attached are my logfiles. Panda says no bad rootkits. Loads of stuff was found by the various anti- virus and malware programs but there still seems to be a problem. When I go to change the settings of Xoftspy.exe, which is on my personal firewall programs list from "Permit all" to "Block all", the program disallows it. I dunno. You'll tell me?

post the names of your viri and I will see if I can help.

If you have lots, it may be better to just do a clean install.

Here's the list of those the various programs, including my spydoctor, found:
virtumonde
agent.aoy
PurityScan
ConHook
Generic (?), Backdoor.Generic
Dumaru
ISTbar
PWS.Tanspy
small

I know small and generic are, well, generic, but that's what the darn thing said.
