[Inactive] Am I reinfected? Can not update or run security scans still

    Back again :wave:

    I thought that the previous virus removal process may have just corrupted a windows file and that may be why I couldn't use Windows update. However, I can not update malwarebytes, SAS, or MSE in normal mode and I can not scan in normal mode without the computer freezing. These are the same symptoms as before so I thought I should check in here to see.

    I'm posting from work but will run requested scans and logs this evening and post them. Thanks :blush:
