so i have a fresh install of win xp pro sp2. when using bitlord to download torrents, after running for about 10 minutes a windows error report comes up. after looking in the event viewer, there are two repeating application errors id 1000 then 1001.

    Event ID: 1000
Faulting application bitlord.exe, version 1.1.5.6, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00018fea.

    Event ID: 1001
    Fault bucket 196003467.

anyone able to give any advice on this one?

    Code:
    google:
    bitlord.exe faulting module ntdll.dll

shows your're not alone. as noted elsewhere, it's most likely a corrupted
    file

well after some digging around, I ran into everyone's friend the nvidia firewall. after an uninstall of the nvidia eternet drivers and the network access manager and then a clean reinstall of the ethernet drivers (but not the nam) all seems to be well. for now, anyway...
