AsRock P4i45GV bios update

hi all.i has a little prob with my mobos. it about bios update. my ps's detail:
mobos model=asrock p4i45gv_pe , chipset=intel i845g rev b1 , southbridge=intel 82801db(ich4) , LPCIO=winbond w83627hf , bios brand=american megatrends , version=p3.00 , date=06/01/2004 , mobos id=62-P300-001368-00101111-040201-INTEL$I45G300_P4I45GV BIOS P3.00

i dont know what type of bios should i use to update mu current bios(r3 or r5).i'm very confius to choose r3 or r5 coz when i see at my mobos, its write r5.01 but when using some tool like bios wizard, it show rev 3. is rev 3 mean that r3 or not????I dont receiver any manual when bought it..please help me to update my bios thanks

Thanks coz helped bro..Anyway i has take some risk ..I has succes up8 my mobos bios by using bios r5..And all work fine..Im look at r3 manual and i see my mobos are different with r3 mobos(pic)..
