I purchased the Asus u56e laptop from an individual. It appeared to be working fine when I tested it. While using it, I discovered several problems with it: 1) The volume keys don't work, 2) While on the internet different pages pop up other than the requested one. Other problems I can't remember right off hand.
I wanted to purchase a recovery disk but am unable to. Is there a way to fix the computer and keep the original programs that came with it?
