    Hey,

I bought a new computer a few months back from a customizing company and have been having serious gaming problems. I finally think I've found the problem, because after disabling onboard sound, game performance jumped. But, after buying and installing a new sound card and loading drivers, performance fell back to its previous levels. I'm not sure if I just have a conflict with my mobo or what. Help please!
