AVG Antisypyware no longer available ?

    They still offer it, but the link has changed. Do a Gurgle search for

    Grisoft AVG Free
    Then be very careful on what you select, reading the fine print.

    Actually I just found on the website that the Antispy and rootkit programs will be going away soon.

    With that being the cause what would be the best free replacement? I used to use a combination of Adaware and Spybot until I came across AVG Antispyware because it seemed like it was finding stuff that the other two was missing.

    Edit.
    Didn't look close enough at this to see that 7.5 anti spy is going away but with Antivirus 8.0 it will be bundled in with it even if you are using the free version.

    SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytesAntiMalware are both great FREE alternatives
