AVG Free 8 WatchDog service terminated unexpectedly

I got this error message in my event viewer yesterday : "The AVG Free8 WatchDog service terminated unexpectedly". My HJT is as below. Do I need to worry?

I'd say do this:
UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

In that thread is Avira Antivirus
I can't stress enough to use this over AVG

yes attach is ok (in txt or log format of course )
Maybe do the above first though (ie full scan with Avira and Malwarebytes
