Solved AVG keeps detecting trojan but won't remove!

I recently restored my laptop to an earlier point in time to recover something but ever since then, my AVG keeps detecting this Trojan but it won't let me remove it! AVG just sends to virus vault and even as I delete it, the same threat alert keeps popping up.

I then downloaded and scanned with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program for a second opinion but it doesn't detect anything harmful in my computer.

The AVG "Threat Detected!" window keeps popping up several times a minute. Even as I am typing this thread it keeps popping up and frustrating me. :(

Here's how it looks:

I'm sorry the problem seems to have been fixed. I just restarted the computer and it doesn't pop up anymore.

But now, I have a different problem. Every time I'm on a site, Internet Explorer keeps giving me this Script Error window. This too pops up every single time like the AVG pop-up. Occurring more rapidly (spamming me) on some sites, while only 1-2 pops up on others. It only happens on Internet Explorer, my Google Chrome seems to work fine. Also, my virus scanners AVG and Malware-bytes doesn't detect anything harmful.

It looks like this: (Although the information is different on each pop-up.)

Do you still want me to complete the steps?
