AVG problems.

Here is the latest HJT logView attachment 11176

One problem I have noticed since running one of the spyware programs or tools (not sure which one) is that Windows is not saving any of my recent documents in the start menu and settings that I am making to my task bar are not being saved. What can I do to remedy this?

Your HJT log is clean.

I don`t know what`s responsible for your recent documents problem. You will need to think about which programme you installed prior to this happening and uninstall it.

See if you can install, run and post an AVG Antispyware log.

Installed so many of these tools.... I had Ad-aware SE, & Search & Destroy & AVG...
anyhow... thanks so much for your help. I can't install the anitspyware on my OS (ME)

Ok, uninstall all the programmes/tools one at a time you installed via the instructions and test to see if your documents problem goes away.
