As far as the unsecured wireless is concerned. About a year ago I just happened to take a look at the wireless signals my laptop was picking up and I found several unsecured neighbors. Being the good neighbor I went to talk to them and helped them secure their network.

If you get one of those "send this to 25 people or else" types of messages, the best thing to do is to send 25 copies back to the person who sent it to you. (especially if they have dial-up!)

Wasn't there a email awhile back called "The Love Bug" and when people opened the email there was a attachment that was suppose to be a love letter and alot of people got infected?

Great info! I learned how to secure my wireless network via this forum shortly after joining. The community is very helpful and interesting. Thanx again!! Welcome FRAPS!

Great article! I also find it truly amazing the amount of unsecrured wireless connections available in my area. I can quite happily point my psp browser anywhere in my town and find a connection, never fails, Some times i wonder why i dont just buy a wireless receiver plug it in my pc and sack my isp :p

Awesome. That article needs to be posted on all the forum websites imo.
