Blue Screen Crashes, during gaming.

  1. Hi there, i've been crashing recently while gaming and i can't seem to nail it down to what is happening, the bsod doesn't reall give me any info at all :( I've tried the suggestions in the stickied post but nothing has changed so i come to seek some help....heres my system specs and here are some minidumps

    -Asus A8N-SLI (bios verison 1014)
    -AMD 4400+ X2 (have amd driver software installed)
    -OCZ EL Platinum PC3200 2GB 2X1GB DDR400 CL2-3-2-5
    -XFX 7800gtx 256mb PCI-E driver verison 84.21
    -Maxtor DiamondMax 10 6L200R0 200GB IDE Hard Drive
    -Creative Labs Soundblaster X-FI extreme music
    -Antec Neopower 480 watt ATX12V v2.0 power supply

    generally when it crashes i get some sound repeating, and then my computer restarts and all is fine for a day or more.

    It seems like ctoss2k.sys is causing the problem, which is a file belonging to your sound card driver. Try updating your sound card's drivers.
