I boot up my old Dell Optiplex 755 with Windows 7. Machine will run for hours with no issues. As long as I don't try to do anything like click on Google Chrome, Mozzila Firefox, or Safari. I'm able to run Malwarebytes on it. But I just tried to upgrade CCleaner and Bam! Blue Screen of death ;-( Machine can't do much anymore without this Blue Screen popping up.

Below is what the Blue Screen says:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe Mode.

Attached are the results of the dump file for the computer. Now onto trying to figure out how to run this memtest86 ;-)

Do I have to burn the memtest 86 to a Disc?

I did the SFC scan and here is what I got. Do I have to manually replace the corrupted files that could not be fixed?

Restart and check Device Manager for errors.

SLUI ties in with Windows activation - and if you are properly activated there is no problem. Hopefully, you ran SFC with admin rights. Try your system out and see if it crashes the same away. I am hopeful that SFC fixed whatever was wrong with tcpip.sys .

Worth a try.

Igdkmd64.sys Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows Vista(R) ---- needs update from Intel - Device Manager - update driver - point it to new one

Wdf01000.sys is a Mocrosoft Windows file - and a startup repair should resolve

Since you are having so much trouble, I am back to the RAM issue - how did the overnight test work out?
"You can download and run memtest86 overnight... https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6216-memtest86.html"

I'm trying to run it and no luck. I get to where you have to click Exit and nothing happens ;-( I'm using a San Disk that had like 48MB now looks like it is down to 28. Not sure what happened ;-( Am I better of buring to a cd?

Ok working on that. Sure enough as I'm doing this I got a Blue Screen but with different wording this time. I'll post it below. To get your thoughts on it.

A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. The faulty driver currently on the kernel stack must be replaced with a working version.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use a safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select safe mode.

PxHlpa64.sys - Sonic Solutions driver - Roxio?? Why would Win7 need Roxio??

Errors are jumping around - so I would think it is:
1. failing RAM
2. failing HDD
3. malware

I was hoping just failing memory ;-( I have a few hard drives laying around. I'll play with them tonight. Malware man oh man. I have Windows Defender going and Avast Anti Virus ;-(

Any suggestions on getting rid of the Malware?

By the way thank you so much for all your help so far. Much appreciated...

Both Defender and Avast - combined - both active - NOT good - pick one & disable the other. Download free version of Malwarebytes and run it in admin user in safe mode. BitDefender has a bootable ISO version ("rescue disc").

A fresh format clean install of Win7 might take a few days to properly update. I was able to force it by running manual requests - only took 11 hours.

You might also benefit from running Dell Diagnostics.

I can't believe this. I got but yet another Blue Screen! Details below...

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

System_Service_Exception

Ok running the memtest. Been running it about an hour so far no errors. I'll run it over night and get rid of the Avast Antivirus and keep the Windows Defender. Then I'll try Dell diagnostics as well. I'll also run the Malware bytes in safe mode. I have it on the computer already. Is bitdefender free any good? Or do you have to get the paid Version?

Ok I had 9 passes with no errors. Then for whatever reason The Pre-Boot syatem Assessment Build 4521 began to run again and right away I got this....

error code 0146

MSG: Error Code 2000-0146
MsG: Hard drive 0-self test log contains previos errors
The given error code and message can be used by dell
Technical Support to help diagnose the problem.
