Blue screen save dump error

    guys please help my computer always crashes with bluescreen everyday i checked event viewer event 1001 and it says the following
    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000000a (0x31bc2ffc, 0x0000001c, 0x00000000, 0x80502357). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini081711-02.dmp.

    The dump cited nothing specific. We need a lot more information from you. When did this occur/what were you doing when it happened? Have you experienced more than one Blues Screen? If so give us the five most recent dump files not including the one you already gave us.
