    Dear all,

Please help if possible. Tried the steps as per "Troubleshooting Sudden Reboots/crashes" topic, but could not find a solution. Googling/searching the web did not help either.

I get BSOD with the following error code: 0x000000C2 (0X00000007, 0X00000CD4, 0X02060005, 0XFCA6E5A8). Two relevant dump files are attached.

I upgraded my XP to SP3 today. Both times computer crashed not a long time after I started emule and utorrent.

    Thanks in advance

A kernel-mode process or driver incorrectly attempted to perform memory operations. Typically, a faulty driver or buggy software causes this.

Your first dump cited a Windows core driver but your second cited vsdatant.sys which belongs to Zone Alarm.
