Can someone please help me figure out what the issue could be?

I downloaded a DVD burning software trial online, VSO CopyTo. When I use it to burn a DVD I get the BSOD Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal. I have burned only cd's before

I have attached the dump files in a zip, there are only 3 registered, because this has only happened 3x's and also a doc file of the errors that were logged.
Hopefully this info will be able to pinpoint the problem. I tried following the link to find the error help but there isn't any info available.

I have an inspirion N7110, Intel core i5-2430M cpu @ 2.40GHz. 6gb RAM, Windows 7 home premium 64bit SP1.

Thank you.

The minidumps point to NTOSKRNL.EXE... This is a very general error. Could be hard drive or memory related. Do you know how to check these things?

System configs

No, I'm not really sure how to check for these,

I've been trying to download Microsoft SDK to use the debugging tool, but it's not working, I've tried the troubleshooting options on the microsoft site but still not working.
