Hi,
I got a new PC a week ago here are my specs:

e8400 Core 2 Duo 3.0 Ghz
Geforce 9600GT 512 DDR3
4Gig Kingston DDR2 RAM
320G HDD

Yesterday, while playing a game i get this BSOD, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and it also mentions USBPORT.SYS, I did some googling and i found out that it is probably due to bad RAM or something . My event viewer shows an acpi error as well immediately followed by 3 NetBT errors. I have attached the jpeg of the event viewer and the minidump file as well.
Thanks in advance
abhinav

P.S : I am running ^^ on a local 400W iBall PSU

Your error is an 0xD1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. These are caused by either faulty drivers or buggy software. In your case the driver USBPORT.SYS was cited as the cause.

The thing is this is a Windows core driver and not a third party vendor. Since this is a new PC it has to be under warrenty. I'd contact Tech Support immediately and tell them the information that I've given you. You may need to have a Windows Repair (not difficult) or an update on your drivers.

It is their job to resolve this.
