Hello guys! I have big problem with blue srceen and stop error 0x40000080... My system is:

MB - EPoX MF750 SLI 
CPU -  AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4,2+ Ghz 
RAM - Corsair 2Gb 667Mhz
Video - ASUS GeForce 7900 GS 256Mb (PCI Experess x16)
DirectX - 9.0
OS - Windows XP SP2

I don't see reasons to this error, I can get it in random time... help me plz!

Bugcheck 40000080 is the NDIS Driver Bugcheck (network related). All the dumps crash with this bugcheck. See if you can update the drivers for your NIC (Nvidia). If not, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.
