It is a video driver issue...

So how would I go by fixing this problem, just reinstall my GPU drivers. or is the problem more serious then that.

How are the 2 GTX 760's configured, and what size is the power supply?

They are both super clocked and are joined together with SLI I believe and I am not to sure what the PSU size is, I can get more info when I get home from work.

"1 x Power Supply 800 Watt - Standard - 80 PLUS"... Should be enough for this computer. Are there any yellow (!) in the device manager? Did you get the video drivers from here:

Their use to be for the Ethernet input in my Mobo but I updated it with the cd that I had and now the (!) is not their, and I did get my drivers from their
I also use GEFORCE experience so it auto updates my drivers. Also today I uninstalled my 2 GPUs from the device manager and then re updated the drivers and now it does not give me a blue screen it just freezes the computer.
