Nvidia, Blue Screen of death when starting game or alt tab when playing game

Hi, My laptop Acer Nitro AN515 54 connected with external monitor Acer Nitro Vg240y by HDMI . I have BSOD almost each time when I use alt+tab from games like League of Legends or War Craft 3 Reforged or sometimes when I just launch War Craft 3 Reforged. So In a windows safe mod and if I use alt+tab without using my monitor I have no problems also I have no problems if I use windowed or borderless mod in the game.

All latest official drivers from Acer and Nvidia updated, windows and BIOS too. Also I have blue screen dump file.
I have no problem with memory, disk or video card. Memory diagnostic, chkdsk and test with furmark successfully passed.

I think problem around Nvidia Threaded optimization and Vertical Sync. When Threaded optimization "OFF" and Vertical Sync "ON" the less chance to get BSOD.
