Bsod - Keeps Restarting Computer - Event 1003

Hi guys first post here and to ask for help!!

So my problem is that iam getting a bsod, based on this error

"DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL

STOP: 0X000000D1 (0X00000020, 0X00000002, 0X00000000, 0XB790473A)

afd.sys - Address B790473A base at B7904000, DateStamp 41107eb5"

Also i went to the event viewer and got this information:

System Error: Category (102) - Event (1003)

Well the started last week, basiclly the computer started to run way to slow and on friday it started to shutdown as soon as it entered the desktop.

One thing i noticed was that it would only shutdown if a internet connection was detected.

Ive already formated and runned the anti virus but nothing.

I have a 3.4Ghz, 2GB Ram, WinXP Sp2

Any help would be great!!!

AFD.sys points to a 3rd party firewall problem in Windows. What firewall are you running?

Kaspersky Internet Security.

Remove Kaspersky and try another firewall, or see if Kaspersky has an update. Also, make sure you have installed all the Critical Windows Updates

Well what i did was i re-installed Kaspersky and update my ethernet drivers. Not sure which one did the work but, the computer is now running ok... well until now!
