BSOD on HP PC

Hi there I have a problem and not sure how to fix it. I'm using a pretty new HP PC and mainly use it for stuff like web surfing, photo editing and films. Lately when I'm on youtube, uploading stuff to my ipad after a short while the computer freezes the screen goes blue and I have to switch off the Pc and start again. I do get the odd Norton message saying excessive useage of hard drive by xxx programme ?

FYI I turned off Norton and the prtoblem hasnty reoccurred could they be linked ?

Yes, uninstall Norton and download and install this:

Oh dear....

Hi I thought the problem had been solved but it seems to have ghotten worse. It appears that any time I do anything that 'works' the computer it simply gives up and I have to reboot it. Where do I get minidumps from - what do they do please ?
