BSOD on new computer

Hello ,I hve started to get Blue Screens.They happen quite frequently.I have Windows 7 SP1 64 bit.The Computer is new ,I install 2 times windows but nothing,And the strange things is, That Ii get BSOD only when I turn on my PC I get it several times until I go default BIOS (It's on default I'm not changing anything).And then It run normal like nothing happen .Other strange thing is that I'm resting like 4/5 times and turn it of/on and I don't get BSOD .But when I turn it of for like (12/14 hour's) on the next day I get the same BSOD error's.So I'm confused. Please give me some advice. TY.

I did memtest86 (10 passes) no error's.
Also uninstall DT emulation program.
Re-install windows 2 times.(1 installation clean (format hdd))

Believe it or not memory corruption was cited as the issue. Do this: Run memtest per stick for a minimum of 7 Passes each.
