Hey there Everyone, so i've just built myself a nice new pc:) a new Asus p5q, q9550 at stock, 4 gigs mushkin ddr2 800, gigabyte superb 550W, 500 gig stat, 120gig sata. xfx9800gt 512mb. Its anes system with a clean vista ultimate 64bit and hardly anything installed, just daemon tools and avast antivirus and two games. I suspect it might be hardware(ram) as i've taken out one ram stick and its running fine for now...so please can anybody have a look at my mini-dump so i can take some action:) Thanks guys...

Most likely your memory module. Now, shut down, exchange this working memory module for the "unknown" one and your system will stop working once more, methinks.
